Return Policy

Eligible items (read below), may be returned back to us for a STORE CREDIT within 14 days from the day Canada Post says it was delivered to you. Please note we do not allow order cancellations, nor do we offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the item you want to exchange for. 

** Sale items are final sale**
Items being returned:
  • MUST have original tag attached in original location
  • MUST be unworn and unwashed
  • MUST have no make up stains, deodorant stains, dog hair etc
  • MUST be free of scents ie smoke, perfume

If we receive the item and it does not match this criteria the items will not be eligible for a product credit, and will be shipped back at the customers expense and a store credit will not be issued.

Return shipping cost is at the customers expense. (We do not provide a shipping label, nor do we allow drop off returns. Items must be mailed.) 


If you are issuing a return; please follow these steps in order:

Step #1:

Please refer to our Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.

Step #2:

E-mail and explain why you want to return the item. We will notify you when your return has been approved. PLEASE NOTE: We must receive your item(s) back within 14 days of the day it was delivered to you. If we receive it outside the 14 day window, we will not be able to process the store credit, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

Step #3:

Drop off your securely sealed return package at any shipping location; please ensure your order number is included IN the box. It is important to note, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost - we do not provide you with a shipping label!

Step #4:

As soon as we receive your return, we aim to process it within 2 business days of your return being picked up.

With a store credit, you will receive an email containing a gift card code once your return has been processed. The gift card will be equal to the amount of the returned item(s), including sales tax, minus the cost of the shipping label (if applicable). 

Gift card funds are IMMEDIATELY available once your return is processed, and only expire once the gift card funds have been depleted. 

The gift card will be sent to the email on your order.

Make sure to check your junk folder, just in case!
***If a customer abuses the return policy, or returns just about everything they order, we do have the right to cancel an order at anytime.***

All merchandise is thoroughly checked for defects and damage prior to shipping. If you have received a damaged or defective product, we are genuinely sorry.
